Shipping & Return
We ship worldwide, direct from our factory in China.
Shipping
- Cost: free shipping on all orders — no minimum order value.
- Dispatch: stock items are dispatched within 2–3 working days.
- Delivery: typically 5–15 working days, depending on destination and service.
- Tracking: a tracking number is emailed to you once your order is on its way.
- Duty & tax: any import duty or VAT charged by your country is the buyer’s responsibility.
Returns
- If your station arrives damaged or does not work, contact us within 30 days of delivery.
- We will repair, replace or refund the item — you choose which you prefer.
- Where the fault is ours, we cover the return shipping. Where the item is simply unwanted, the buyer covers return shipping and the item must come back unused and in its original packaging.
- Please contact us before sending anything back so we can give you the correct return address.
Warranty
BJETECH soldering stations carry a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects,
covering the station body, heating element and control electronics.
Consumables that wear in normal use — soldering tips, cleaning sponges and fuses — are not covered.
To make a warranty claim, contact us with your order number and a description of the fault.
Voltage — please check before ordering
Our current models are supplied for AC 220V / 50 Hz mains.
They are not suitable for 110–120 V supplies (United States, Canada, Japan, Taiwan and
parts of Latin America and the Middle East).
If you are unsure whether your local supply is compatible, ask us before ordering — we are happy to check.
